JET Equipment was born in 1958. The company began as a small dealer of manual chain hoists and trolleys; sold from a single hardware store in Tacoma, Washington. JET continued to expand, and in the 90's JET grew from being just an importer of high quality machines and tools to designing and manufacturing its own products to stringent specifications.

Their product lines have grown, and the distribution centers have expanded; but one thing has remained the same. JET still carries the same message of quality product, with the best features and benefits in it's product class.
